Paul Dorazio (Chieti 1944). In 1966 he was Trainee Deck Officer on the ship "Leonardo da Vinci" sailing along the American coast of the Atlantic and the Pacific. He met Joe Tex Lights, Frank Stella and Andy Warhol, learning the art of screen printing. His first studio near the Pantheon is a meeting place for students and artists. He performed at the Piper Club and the Club of Rome Titan psychedelic scenes. His research in screen printing as an expression of art, along with other printing techniques (etching and lithography), earned him an invitation to the Venice Biennale "Padiglione SPerimentale".
